Miscarried at 14 weeks and 5 days. (a week ago Monday).

You have to have a D&C when this far along.

You have to sign ‘releases’ for ‘remains’ to be given to a mortuary.

You have to decide what to do when you have no fucking clue how to wipe the snot falling from your nose from your unconsolable crying.

You have to somehow get up and be a mom and wife.

You have to.  Somehow.  Some way.

  1. Oh Sweetie, as a mother I don’t have words to tell you how sorry I am. Nothing can help with what you’re going through. I’m so sorry, I’m praying for you, your family, and your baby. I am so sorry for your loss.

  2. I won’t leave lies telling you it gets easier, because it doesn’t. I will tell you that you are very much in my thoughts. I’m sorry you have to go through this on top of everything else. Stay strong.

  3. Please feel these words extended towards you in a hug. Buckets of sympathy from me can’t fix your brokenness, so I will pray for you. It’s all I can do. I’m so sad to hear this, my friend.

  4. While I cannot begin to understand what you are going through, I wanted to share my thanks to you for keeping your archives on your blog. I have been avidly reading them for the past month or so, from the beginning, as I am not yet NC, and am struggling. Please know that your story- your vulnerability – is helping those far & wide. While you are in pain from your most recent loss, please know that the chronicles of your previous loss & pain of HIM has been a true blessing – a lifeline – if you will – for such a lonely experience. Thank you for helping me through your writings.
